Customer Responsibilities

The purchaser represents, warrants and confirms that they: are knowledgeable about the safe handling of research materials; will comply with all applicable local, national and international laws; will ensure proper industrial hygiene and safety controls; will adequately warn any downstream users of hazards; and have verified all relevant regulatory approvals, including under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) where applicable. OP Labs reserves the right to limit or refuse sales to any individual or entity where misuse is suspected or where supply would, in UkPR’s reasonable opinion, be unlawful or inappropriate.
